Six Plus Hold'em is the new, exciting version of Hold'em Poker. In most ways the two games are played exactly the same but there are some significant differences. The most visible difference is the fact that in Six Plus Hold'em all cards with the ranks of 2,3,4, and 5 have been removed, leaving a 36-card deck. By using the smaller deck, the odds and probabilities of achieving certain poker hands have changed and as a result there are some changes in the hands rankings table. Also, with so many cards removed from play, a straight can be formed with ace being the lowest card: A-6-7-8-9.

Take a look at the Six Plus Hold'em hands ranking table and see the differences in comparison to Texas Hold'em.

With only 9 cards in each suit, it is much more difficult to make a Flush. As a result, a Flush is a very valuable hand and in the game of Six Plus Hold'em, a Flush beats a Full House.

A straight is easier to make in Six Plus Hold'em than Three of a Kind. Therefore, in this new version of Hold'em Poker, 3 of a Kind beats a Straight.
